# Plans and trial

> Start free, then 7 days of everything with no card. Then one plan, monthly or yearly.

## How it works

1. **Start free.** Chat with Qwox as a guest, no account needed.
2. **7-day free trial.** Save your setup with your email and you get 7 days of everything. No card needed.
3. **Qwox Pro.** Keep going with one plan: \$12.99 a month or \$99 a year.

Your plan is shown in **Account** → **Plan**.

## Subscribe

* **On the web:** **Account** → **Upgrade to Qwox Pro**, then choose
  **Monthly · \$12.99 a month** or **Yearly · \$99 a year**.
  Payment is handled by Stripe.
* **On Android:** subscribe through Google Play.
* **On iPhone:** the iPhone app will use the App Store. Until it arrives, subscribe on the web.

One subscription works everywhere you sign in.

## When the trial ends

If you don't subscribe, your plan shows **Free trial ended**:

* Nothing is deleted. Your records stay visible and you can download them.
* The assistant and new records open again with a subscription.
* The morning list pauses.

## Cancel or get a refund

* **Google Play or App Store:** cancel in your store's subscription settings.
* **Web:** email [hey@qwox.ai](mailto:hey@qwox.ai) from your account email and we cancel it within one business day.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. On the web you can get a full refund within 14 days of your
first payment. Store purchases follow the store's refund rules.
