Kinds
Qwox chooses the kind for each record, such as a customer, a project or a bill. If no kind fits, it creates a new one and tells you in one line; it doesn’t stop to ask. If you want a kind with a specific name, just say “create a kind called Suppliers”.Status and next step
Each record is Open, Waiting or Done. It can also have one Next step with a date, which is what puts it on your morning list or sends a reminder. The Records tab
Open Records to browse:- Search records finds a record by its words.
- All records shows every kind in one list, except About you and your journal.
- Each kind shows how many records it has and how many are waiting for a check.
- Inside a kind, filter by status and sort by recently updated, due date or name.
Changing a record
A record’s page is for reading. To change it, tap Ask in chat: Qwox puts a question about that record in the message box, and you finish the sentence. For example: “change the price to 750”.History
Every change keeps the previous version. Open History on a record to see when it changed, who changed it (Assistant or You) and which part changed.Deleting
Qwox never deletes on its own. It shows you a card first and deletes only if you confirm. A deleted record leaves your lists; the record and its history are kept. See Approvals.Records that need a check
When a record hasn’t been confirmed or updated for a while, Qwox marks it as waiting for a check and shows it on Today. Some records, like your notes about yourself or your journal, never go out of date.About you
About you holds Notes about you: short facts that help Qwox work the way you like, such as your working hours or how you prefer to be contacted.- Say “remember that…” and Qwox adds it.
- When Qwox notices something on its own, it asks first: Add this to your profile?
- You can edit or delete any note, or use Add note to write one yourself.
Qwox never writes sensitive details into your profile, even if asked: health, religion, politics, sexual orientation,
ethnicity, financial situation, or passwords, card and ID numbers.
