Download your data

Go to Account → Data and privacy → Download my data. You get one JSON file with your records and the links between them.
  • On the web, the file downloads.
  • On a phone, the share menu opens so you can save or send it.
  • Downloading works on every plan, also after your trial ends.
If the file is too large to share from your phone, download it from app.qwox.ai on a computer.

Sign out

Sign out doesn’t delete anything. Your data stays in your account; this device starts fresh, and signing in again brings everything back.

Delete your account

Go to Account → Delete my account and confirm with Yes, delete my account. Everything on your account is deleted and this cannot be undone. Data is removed from live systems right away and from backups within 30 days.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it in your store’s settings first. For a web subscription, email [email protected].

Guest data

If you use Qwox without an account, your data is deleted after 30 days without activity.
