Yes! Qwox has a generous free plan that includes:
  • 100 AI messages per month
  • 2 GB storage
  • 50 files maximum
  • Basic search
  • 60-day memory retention
Premium plan ($10/month) offers unlimited features.
Qwox is currently available on:
  • Web: app.qwox.ai (Available now)
  • iOS: Coming soon
  • Android: Coming soon
Your data syncs automatically across all platforms.
Qwox fully supports:
  • English
  • Turkish (Türkçe)
  • Spanish (Español)
  • French (Français)
You can use any of these languages and even search across languages.

Account & Billing

Visit app.qwox.ai/register and sign up with your email or use Google/Apple sign-in. No credit card required for the free plan.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time:
  • Upgrade: Takes effect immediately
  • Downgrade: Takes effect at the end of your billing period
Go to Settings > Subscription to manage your plan.
We accept:
  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
All payments are processed securely.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your billing period.
If you downgrade from Premium to Free:
  • Your data is preserved but may become read-only if over limits
  • Memory retention changes from forever to 60 days
  • Some features become limited
We never delete your data without your consent.

Memories are quick facts you save through conversation:

Notes are longer-form content:

  • Organized in folders with tags
Qwox uses AI to understand meaning, not just keywords. This means you can:
  • Save a note in Turkish
  • Search for it in English
  • Find it because Qwox understands both
Example: Save “Doktor randevum 15 Ocak” → Search “doctor appointment” → Found!
Yes, you can share notes:
  • Generate a shareable link
  • Set view or edit permissions
  • Revoke access anytime
Sharing features are available on both Free and Premium plans.
Limited offline functionality is available:
  • View recently accessed notes
  • Create new content (syncs when online)
  • AI features require internet connection

  2. Be more specific with your request
  3. Check your internet connection
  4. Clear the app cache
  5. Contact support if issues persist
Tips for finding your information:
  • Try different search terms
  • Check if it’s in a different category
  • Look in the Memories or Notes section
  • Try searching in the language you saved it in
  • Contact support if it’s missing
Check these settings:
  1. Enable notifications in Settings > Notifications
  2. Check your device notification permissions
  3. Ensure the app isn’t in battery saver mode
  4. Reinstall the app if issues persist
To fix sync issues:
  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Pull down to manually refresh
  3. Log out and log back in
  4. Update to the latest app version
  5. Contact support if issues persist
