"Save: The office wifi password is Guest2024"

Detailed Save

For more complex information, provide context:
"Remember that my doctor's name is Dr. Smith at City Medical Center.
His phone number is 555-0123 and I usually see him on Thursdays."

Automatic Memories

Qwox can automatically remember:
  • Preferences you mention
  • Recurring patterns in your requests

Retrieving Memories

Direct Questions

Ask about specific information:
"What's my passport number?"
"When is Sarah's birthday?"

Qwox uses advanced vector search to find memories by meaning, not just keywords.
  • Concept Search: Searching for “fitness” will find memories about “gym”, “running”, or “health”.
  • Vague Recall: “That thing I said about the project last week” can retrieve the relevant note.

Privacy & Security

Your memories are encrypted and stored securely. Only you can access them.

What Qwox Doesn’t Store

  • Passwords (we recommend using a password manager)
  • Sensitive financial data (like full credit card numbers)
  • Any information you explicitly ask to forget

Export Your Data

You can export all your memories at any time from Settings > Data Export.

Best Practices

Use consistent naming for people and projects. “Mom” and “Mother” might be stored separately.
Include relevant context or tags when saving. “Meeting on Tuesday #work” is more useful than just “Meeting”.
Periodically check your memories and remove outdated information.
Mention categories when saving: “Work note: …” or “Personal reminder: …”
