View Modes
- Grid View: Visual card layout for quick browsing (default)
- List View: Compact list for more items per screen
- Toggle: Tap the view icon in the header to switch between modes
Tag Filtering
- Tag Search: Search within your tags before applying filters
- Top Tags: Quick access to your 8 most-used tags
- Multi-Select: Apply multiple tag filters simultaneously
- Active Filters Bar: See which tags are currently filtering your view
- Clear All: Remove all tag filters with one tap
Collections (Mobile)
- View Collections: Browse notes grouped by projects, people, locations, or organizations
- Filter by Collection: Tap a collection to see only related notes
- Collection Icons: Visual indicators for each collection type (🚀 projects, 👤 people, 📍 locations, 💼 organizations)
- Collection Count: See how many notes are in each collection
Web Library Features
The Qwox Web App offers advanced tools for managing your knowledge base:Smart Collections
Collections group related notes together (e.g., “Project Alpha”, “Recipes”).- Create: Collections are automatically created when you assign a category or project name to a note.
- Edit: Click the Edit icon on a collection card to rename it or remove items.
- Add Items: In the Note Editor, use the “Add to Collection” dropdown to file a note into multiple collections.
Chat Analysis
Analyze any memory directly from the library:- Hover over a memory card.
- Click the (+) button to “Attach to Chat”.
- The item is added to your chat context.
- Ask Qwox to “Summarize this”, “Extract action items”, or “Rewrite this”.
Advanced Filtering & Search
- Filter by Collection: Click a Collection card to see only notes within that group.
- Filter by Tag: Click tags in the sidebar to drill down by topic.
- Global Search: Use the search bar to find content across notes, images, files, and tags instantly.
- Hover States: Cards elevate and show edit options when you hover over them
- 2-Column Grid: Optimized desktop layout for efficient browsing
Memory Retention
Free Plan: Memories are retained for 60 days of inactivity.Premium Plan: Memories are retained forever.
Advanced Event Features
When you save an event, Qwox captures more than just the date:- Recurrence: “Remind me to pay rent every month”
- Reminders: “Alert me 30 minutes before”
- Location: “Meeting at Starbucks on Main St”
- Conflict Detection: Qwox will warn you if you try to schedule over an existing event.

View All Memories
Access your memory library to see everything Qwox remembers:- Open the navigation menu
- Select “Memory Library”
- Browse or search your memories
Edit Memories
Update incorrect or outdated information:Delete Memories

What Qwox Doesn’t Store
- Passwords (we recommend using a password manager)
- Sensitive financial data (like full credit card numbers)
- Any information you explicitly ask to forget
Export Your Data
