Accessing Profile

Navigate to Profile from the tab bar (mobile) or sidebar (web).

User Information

Profile Display

Your profile shows:
  • Avatar: Generated from your name
  • Display Name: Your full name
  • Email Address: Your registered email
  • Plan Badge: Current subscription (FREE or PREMIUM)
Profile pictures are automatically generated based on your name. Custom photo uploads coming soon.

Usage Dashboard

Track your monthly usage and limits:

Messages

Monitor your AI chat message usage:
  • Free Plan: 100 messages/month
  • Premium Plan: 3,000 messages/month
Progress bar shows:
  • 🟢 Green: Under 80% usage
  • 🔴 Red: Over 80% usage (upgrade recommended)

Storage

Track your file and image storage:
  • Free Plan: 1 GB
  • Premium Plan: 20 GB
Includes all uploaded:
  • Images
  • PDFs
  • Documents
  • Audio files

Note Length Limit

Maximum words per note:
  • Free Plan: 1,000 words per note
  • Premium Plan: Unlimited

Memory Retention

How long inactive memories are kept:
  • Free Plan: 60 days
  • Premium Plan: Forever
Usage resets on the 1st of each month. The dashboard shows days until next reset.

Upgrade Prompt

When you reach 80% of any limit, an upgrade button appears:
  • Shows your highest usage percentage
  • One-tap access to upgrade options
  • Prevents service interruption

How to Change:
  1. Open Profile
  2. Scroll to Language section
  3. Tap your preferred language
  4. Interface updates instantly
Language preference syncs across all your devices.

Theme Settings (Web Only)

Customize your visual experience:

How to Change:
  1. Open Profile (web)
  2. Scroll to Theme section
  3. Select Light, Dark, or Auto
  4. Theme applies immediately

Sign Out

Securely log out of your account:
  1. Scroll to bottom of Profile
  2. Tap “Sign Out” button
  3. Confirm in popup
  4. Returns to login screen
Signing out will clear local data. Make sure all changes are synced before logging out.

Account Management

Update Email

  1. Go to Profile > Account Settings
  2. Tap “Email Address”
  3. Enter new email
  4. Verify with code sent to new email

Change Password

Password change feature coming soon. For now, use “Forgot Password” on login screen.

Delete Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data will be permanently deleted.
  1. Go to Profile > Privacy & Data
  2. Tap “Delete Account”
  3. Confirm your password
  4. Confirm deletion
  5. Account and all data deleted within 24 hours

Privacy & Security

Data You Can Control

  • Profile Information: Name, email
  • Language Preference: Interface language
  • Theme Preference: Visual appearance (web)
  • Usage Data: View your consumption

Data Export

Export all your data:
  1. Go to Profile > Privacy & Data
  2. Tap “Export Data”
  3. Choose format (JSON recommended)
  4. Download archive
Exported Data Includes:
  • All notes
  • All memories
  • All events
  • Uploaded files
  • Chat history
  • Account settings

Troubleshooting

  • Pull to refresh on mobile
  • Reload page on web
  • Usage updates every 5 minutes
  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure you’re logged in
  • Try signing out and back in
  • Clear app cache (mobile)
  • Clear browser cache (web)
  • Upgrade button only appears at 80%+ usage
  • Check if you’re already on Premium plan
  • Refresh the profile screen
  • Theme is browser-specific (not synced)
  • Try clearing browser cache
  • Check if browser supports dark mode

Best Practices

Check your usage dashboard weekly to avoid hitting limits unexpectedly.
Export your data monthly as a backup, especially on Free plan.
Ensure your email is current for important notifications and password recovery.
Upgrade when you hit 80% to avoid service interruption.
