Every plan includes a fair allowance. You see how much you have used this month in Account → Usage, as a percentage. Qwox shows a short note as you get close to the end of your monthly allowance.

Near or at the limit

  • Sending very fast: if you send many messages in a short time, Qwox asks you to wait a moment. It also answers one message at a time, so wait for the reply before sending the next one.
  • Daily or monthly limit reached: a bar above the chat tells you. A daily limit opens again the next day, a monthly limit at the start of the next month.
Your records stay available the whole time: you can read, search and download them even when the chat is paused.
